Warranty Policy

Every FORBAY product is covered by a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Warranty period
The warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery as shown on your order confirmation. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
2. What is covered
Defects in materials and workmanship that arise during normal household use, including premature mechanical failure, electrical faults present from manufacture and material defects.
3. What is not covered
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failure to follow the product instructions. • Normal wear and tear including cosmetic scratches, marks and discolouration. • Damage caused by unauthorised repair, modification or use of non-genuine parts or accessories. • Consumables such as filters, batteries, pads and brushes beyond their expected service life. • Commercial, rental or shared use unless explicitly stated on the product page.
4. Making a claim
To make a warranty claim, contact us via the Contact page with your order number, a description of the fault and clear photos or video where possible. We may ask you to perform basic troubleshooting before authorising a return.
5. Remedies
If a warranty claim is accepted, we will at our discretion repair the product, supply a replacement of the same or equivalent model, or issue a refund. Replacement parts and products may be new or refurbished to an equivalent specification.
6. Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product directly from forbayai.com.
