Shipping Policy
Last updated: 10/06/2026
This Shipping Policy explains how we ship orders, the carriers we use and how customs and duties are handled.
1. Carriers
We use Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and UPS depending on destination, weight and service level. Carrier allocation is automatic and optimised for speed and reliability.
2. Packaging
Orders are packed in recyclable cardboard packaging with paper-based protective materials wherever possible. We avoid single-use plastics in our shipments.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and selected service. UK standard delivery is free on orders over £50.
4. Tracking and proof of delivery
All shipments include tracking. For higher-value orders we may require a signature on delivery.
5. Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped to destinations outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping charge at checkout. Please check with your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
6. Address accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information.
7. Shipping restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions and cannot be sent to certain destinations. Such restrictions are indicated on the product page or applied automatically at checkout.
