Delivery Policy

We work with trusted carriers to ship your order quickly and safely. This Delivery Policy sets out our delivery destinations, timescales and costs.
1. Order processing
Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a business day are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on UK public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
2. United Kingdom
• Standard delivery: 2–3 business days, free on orders over £50, otherwise £3.95. • Next business day: £6.95, available for orders placed before 2pm GMT. • Saturday delivery: available in selected postcodes at checkout.
3. European Union
Tracked delivery to all EU countries within 5–7 business days. Costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Prices include any UK VAT relief; local import VAT and duties may apply on arrival in some countries.
4. International
Tracked delivery to the United States, Canada, Australia and selected other destinations within 5–10 business days. Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees imposed by the destination country.
5. Tracking
Every order is dispatched with a tracking number. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, and you can also track orders from your account.
6. Failed delivery and undelivered parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (for example because of an incorrect address or because the recipient did not collect it from the carrier within the carrier's holding period), we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional charge.
7. Lost or damaged parcels
Please notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date if a parcel has not arrived, or within 48 hours of receipt if a parcel arrives damaged, so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
