Payment Policy
Last updated: 10/06/2026
This Payment Policy describes the payment methods, currencies and security measures we use at checkout.
1. Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Additional methods may be available depending on your region.
2. Currencies
Prices and charges are displayed and processed in GBP (£), USD ($) and EUR (€). The currency selector is available in the site footer. Final charges in other currencies will be converted by your card issuer or wallet provider at their prevailing rate.
3. When you are charged
Payment is captured at the time you place the order. If we are unable to fulfil any part of your order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
4. Security
All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors over encrypted TLS connections. We never see or store your full card details. Where required by your card issuer, additional authentication such as 3-D Secure may be requested.
5. Fraud prevention
We may use automated fraud-prevention tools and manual checks to verify orders. If an order is flagged for review we may contact you to confirm details before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails our fraud checks.
6. Invoices and VAT
An itemised invoice is generated for every successful order and is available for download from your account. UK VAT is included where applicable and is shown separately on the invoice.
7. Failed or declined payments
If your payment is declined, please check the details with your card issuer or try an alternative payment method. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully authorised.
