Return Policy

Returning a FORBAY product is straightforward. This Return Policy explains how to return an item and what happens next.
1. Return window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging and complete with all accessories, manuals and free gifts.
2. How to start a return
Log in to your account and select "Return an item" against the relevant order, or visit our /returns page and enter your order number and email. We will email return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label.
3. Packing and shipping
Use the original packaging where possible. Securely seal the parcel, attach the return label and drop it off at the carrier location indicated in the instructions. UK orders include a prepaid label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties.
4. Inspection
Returned items are inspected within 2 business days of receipt. We will notify you by email of the outcome. If items show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, we may reduce the refund accordingly.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
6. Items that cannot be returned
Custom-made products, opened hygiene items, opened cleaning solutions, perishable goods, gift cards and downloadable digital products cannot be returned unless faulty.
7. Faulty items
If your item is faulty, please contact us before returning it so we can arrange the most appropriate solution: repair, replacement or refund.
